For the delivery of your gift(s), we have chosen Colissimo for its quality of service and reliability.

Information and order follow-up

You will receive an email for each step of your order processing (validation, availability changes, shipping). The email confirming shipping of your purchase will provide a number which enables you to follow its delivery via the transporter’s customer services.

Delivery

We deliver your parcel to the address that you specify when placing your order. Should the recipient or the customer be absent at the time of the delivery, the transporter will provide a note with all relevant details on where and when the parcel can be picked up or delivered.

We do our very best to ensure delivery in a timely manner. Most orders can be processed within a week, personalised or bespoke items may take a further 1 to 2 weeks.

GIFT VOUCHERS

1- Should the total amount of the items purchased plus delivery be inferior to the amount on the voucher, no refund will be given.

2- Should the total amount of the items purchased plus delivery be superior to the amount on the voucher, the beneficiary will have to pay the difference.

3- The voucher is sent by email and therefore incurs no delivery charge. However delivery costs on all items purchased with a voucher will apply under the conditions normally applicable on the Avenue des Anges site.
